State of the Climate in Latin America and the Caribbean 2025 Launch

You are invited to the launch of the State of the Climate in Latin America and the Caribbean 2025 report, which will be held in a hybrid format from the auditorium of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, in collaboration with INMET and CEMADEN. The event will bring together climate scientists, policymakers, and partners from across the region to present the latest findings on climate indicators, extreme events, and their impacts in Latin America and the Caribbean. The report's lead author, José Marengo, will present the key findings, highlighting major trends, regional challenges, and emerging risks. The event will also feature a special video message from the Secretary-General of the WMO, Celeste Saulo. Participants can attend in person or connect online.
